HPAI stands for High pathogenicity avian influenza, a viral disease that affects birds and can cause severe illness and death in poultry. It is also known as bird flu or fowl plague. HPAI viruses are classified by their subtypes, such as H5N1, H7N7, H7N3, etc. Some of these subtypes can also infect humans and other animals.
The HPAI H5 subtype antigen rapid test kit is based on double antibody immunochromatographic assay, to detect influenza H5 antigen in tracheal secretion, which is rapid, accurate and easy-to-operate.
